How I Operate I don’t start with solutions. I start by understanding what actually happens. I embed into systems, not outside them. Work happens where decisions are made. I don’t optimize touchpoints. I look for the variable that drives the problem. I work across functions. Customer experience, operations, and business are one system. I rely on behavior, not opinion. If it’s not observable, it’s not actionable. I build structures, not outputs. If it doesn’t change how people work, it doesn’t matter. I reduce friction.
