I enter systems at the point where they stop working as intended. Six years across clinical environments trained me to read complex situations under pressure — to identify the signal that matters before the situation degrades. Design research training under Marc Hassenzahl at Folkwang University of the Arts taught me to translate those signals into structures — not reports, but systems teams can use and sustain. An Executive MBA at Quantic School of Business and Technology, expected 2027, formalises what I have applied across environments: building systems that scale beyond the person who designed them. I diagnose like a clinician, build like a designer, and scale like a strategist. The systems I build are designed to outlast me.
